WWII On the Homefront
Key Stage 2
Book a two hour workshop at Pontypool Museum to bring the experience of the WW2 Homefront alive: pupils will find out about daily life from Granny Watkins and her neighbours Mr & Mrs Thomas on what it was like to live through the war, deal with rations, air raids and civil defence and they will experience being a child in the war - including being evacuated.

Room Hire
If you are looking to hire a meeting room in a unique location, Pontypool Museum is a good choice.
School Room: This room acts as the main location for our educational workshops and is the perfect venue for meetings, training sessions or forums. Seats 20 - 50 depending on seating style chosen.
Catering can be arranged for the Tearoom, presentation equipment is available upon request and the museum has full disabled access throughout including lift & toilet facilities.
