Amgueddfa Pontypool Museum is open from Monday to Friday - 10.00am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday 2.00pm - 5pm - doors close at 4.30pm

General Information....

The Museum has free Car Parking at the rear of the building, disabled parking at the front. There is a fine Gift Shop and Coffee Shop. Situated next to Pontypool Park (with Shell Grotto and Folly Tower) and close to Pontypool Town Centre, there is plenty to do!

Access Statement:

All the public facilities, services, rooms and galleries in Pontypool Museum are totally accessible for all users – the Trust provides ramps, rails, seats and fully complies with the standards for the DDA. There is signage and some interpretation in both English & Welsh Braille.

For further information, particularly regarding the Shell Grotto and Folly Tower, it is advisable to ring during opening hours.
